Best Time to Buy UK is an independent project founded by Sean Dineen. It began with a question prompted by a UK heatwave: could better preparation help people choose the right cooling product and find a better buying window?

We’re starting with home comfort: portable air conditioners first, with fans, dehumidifiers and heating planned as suitable data becomes available. Our intended audience is UK households researching a purchase before they need it urgently.
